Eighty-five boat slips are available for lease in the Pelican Cove Harbor by residents only. Slips are available up to 40’. The current annual rate is $2.25 per foot per month. Short-term leases are available at a higher rate. Contact the Pelican Cove Office for paperwork and availability.
